We are expanding our delivery capacity and are looking for a Freelance Recruiter / Talent Partner based in the Canary Islands to collaborate on international search projects.
Your role
As a Freelance Recruiter, you will work on end-to-end recruitment delivery or research-focused assignments, depending on the project. You will collaborate closely with the Director and commercial team, focusing on high-quality candidate identification and assessment.
Key responsibilities
* Candidate sourcing through LinkedIn, databases and direct search
* Screening and in-depth interviews
* Shortlisting and candidate presentation
* Candidate follow-up throughout the process
* Market mapping and talent research
* Close collaboration with Altorecruit's commercial direction
What we are looking for
* Experience as a Recruiter or Researcher (agency or in-house)
* Comfortable working with international and technical profiles
* Strong communication skills
* Structured, reliable and delivery-oriented mindset
* Ability to work autonomously as a freelancer xqysrnh
