We are looking for a Plant Manager for a major facility within the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector, featuring automated processes, high production volumes, and a continuously growing environment.

Reporting to: Global Operations Director
Key Requirements:
Minimum 10 years of experience in industrial operations
At least 5 years as a Plant Manager in the dairy industry.
Background in the FMCG sector, ideally with high-volume production.
Experience in the beverage industry will be highly valued.
Proven ability to lead teams, implement procedures, and thrive in growing organizations
Strategic mindset, result orientation, and strong leadership capabilities
