We are looking for an experienced Service Manager to join our Cloud Security team. The successful candidate will own the strategic direction and performance of our general Cloud‑Native Application Protection Platform (CNAPP) service. The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong leadership capabilities, excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, and a proven ability to manage complex, cross‑functional services at a global scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the strategic direction and overall performance of the global CNAPP service.
- Manage budget, vendor relationships, and resource allocation across the service lifecycle.
- Drive stakeholder engagement and ensure service quality across all business units.
- Ensure consistent and reliable service delivery across all Siemens cloud environments.
- Oversee scanning and security posture of all cloud environments within the company.
- Lead continuous improvement efforts, ensuring scalability and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, including ISO 27001.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience managing technology projects or services.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, vendors, and cross‑functional teams.
Preferred
- Hands‑on knowledge of cloud security and CNAPP tools (e.g., Wiz, Orca, Prisma Cloud).
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Familiarity with ISO 27001 or similar compliance frameworks.
- Relevant certifications in cloud security and service management (e.g., CISSP, CCSP, ITIL, AWS/Azure Security).
