As a Sales Representative for Bell and Fox Powersports, you will be expected to bring your expertise and performance to the tasks below.
To manage, sell to, develop and service the account base in the specific geographical area of Iberia. Your role will focus on optimizing sales and fostering relationships with key customers in the region, ensuring Bell and Fox Powersports products are effectively represented and distributed.
This position reports to the Country Manager for Iberia and requires frequent travel (up to 80%) within the assigned region, with a combination of customer visits and remote work to maintain a strong connection with the team.
KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
SALES MANAGEMENT
1. Establish Bell & Fox Powersports as the preferred partner within the Iberia territory by both farming the existing accounts we hold and hunting for representation of our Powersports products in specific dealership doors.
2. Optimize sales and service to Bell & Fox Powersports accounts through relentless outbound selling, driving revenue growth and maximizing profits for Bell & Fox and the dealer.
3. Maximize sales of all Bell & Fox Powersports products with a persistent pursuit to achieving sales goals with assigned geographies.
4. Be accountable for selling to the account base through Pre Book, Re order and Clearance business via customer visits, email, and telephone.
5. Reporting on opportunities, potential issues and support needed as well as work with the manager to solve those.
6. Develop selling skills via communication with accounts, product teams and sales management.
7. Actively participate in sales meetings and give feedback to your reporting Manager.
DEALER MANAGEMENT
1. Act as a liaison to customers on relevant Powersports initiatives, collaboratively develop capabilities, and enhance Bell & Fox retail partner connection to the consumer.
2. Increase sell in and sell through by working to prepare, plan and deliver a clear comprehensive merchandising presentation on a seasonal basis.
3. Manage all dealers orderbook status, solving any issue in terms of deliveries, orders status, payments, stock & sell through management etc.
