About the Role
We are seeking an experienced
SAP Customer Experience (CX) Manager
with a background in
SAP Basis, S/4HANA
and cloud environments to manage customer engagements on
SAP RISE. The role requires a customer-facing professional to lead coordination across teams and ensure smooth service delivery, with experience in SAP landscape operations, migrations, and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for customers on SAP RISE engagements

Manage ongoing customer engagement and provide guidance on SAP landscape operations and maintenance
Coordinate across SAP teams (architecture, delivery, support) to ensure consistent service delivery
Support customer onboarding and transition to SAP Enterprise Cloud Services
Oversee service delivery execution against scope, timelines, and milestones
Handle customer escalations and contribute to issue resolution with relevant support teams
Provide guidance on technical topics, including architecture and landscape-related queries
Support release management, maintenance activities, and lifecycle planning
Monitor account status and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Ensure effective collaboration with internal stakeholders to drive customer success
Requirements
5+ years of experience in
SAP Basis, SAP HANA, or S/4HANA
Minimum 2 years of experience in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Strong understanding of
SAP landscape operations, upgrades, and migrations
Experience with
SAP RISE or SAP Enterprise Cloud Services
is a plus
Experience in
customer-facing or service management roles
Strong
stakeholder management and communication xsgfvud skills
