Key languages:
* Native or fluent level of German
* Full professional level of English
Main responsibilities:
* Delivering a best-in-class consumer experience attending consumers in all sort of questions or issues regarding their orders, services etc. through different channels (issues during pre-sales, mid-sales and after-sales)
* Data entry and maintenance of data related to the consumers at a local market level into the CRM platform
* Managing cases and E-commerce questions using the software tools provided
Core skills/experience:
* Able to work from Barcelona
* Enjoy taking care of and helping people
* Knowledge of Social Networks would be highly valued
* Team player who is also able to work independently
* Attentive, empathetic, flexible and proactive
* Good communication skills
* Passionate about xsgfvud sports
* Eager to learn
