Responsibilities
* You'll be the backbone of our locomotive fleet, ensuring seamless operations and providing top‑point technical support to our valued customers.
* Take charge of managing the delivery and redelivery of locomotives, playing a key role in customer relations and supplier interactions.
* Dive into the data to analyze and optimize fleet performance.
* Identify and evaluate opportunities to enhance our locomotives and lease products.
* Provide support in accident repairs, heavy maintenance and contract negotiations.
* Collaborate closely with several departments, ensuring seamless communication and organization.
* Stay vigilant for shifts in European and national regulations, ensuring compliance and accuracy in operations, providing technical perspective to the Project team.
* Be the one closest to our locomotive fleet, always ensuring safe operation.
What You Bring to Our Team
* Degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or equivalent experience.
* At least five years of experience in the rail industry.
* Skilled at tackling intricate technical challenges with a client‑centric and professional approach.
* Ability to build strong relationships, fostering trust and collaboration with colleagues, customers and suppliers.
* Fluent in Spanish and English.
