ContextThe OPUS Program is TMICC’s multiyear transformation to transition from Unilever’s TSA systems into a fully independent operating model. This role is key to the Day 2 readiness, supporting the migration to SAP S/4, redesigning endtoend Order to Cash processes, harmonizing data, and ensuring Spain’s operational needs (IH & OOH) are fully captured, validated, tested and deployed.This role ensures that Spain’s OrdertoCash (O2C) and BilltoCash (B2C) processes are fully represented, correctly designed, thoroughly tested, and seamlessly deployed into SAP S/4.Purpose Of The RoleThis role will act as Spain’s subject-matter expert for all Order to Cash processes during OPUS deployment. It ensures:
* Local processes are fully reflected in global template design
* Gaps and legal/tax/customer requirements are escalated and documented
* Data migration for O2C is complete and accurate
* Testing cycles (SIT, UAT,PIT) reflect Spain’s real operating model
* Cut Over and Hypercare activities guarantee business continuity
* Alignment with Finance, CD, Supply Chain
Key Responsibilities - Scope
* Billing
* Validate SAP S/4 billing design including:
* PODbased invoicing
* Credit/Debit memo handling
* Multiline and multiorder billing scenarios
* Integration Pricing → Billing
* Ensure correct migration of billingrelevant master data (pricing conditions, agreements, taxes).
* Credit Management
* Validate:
* Credit Limit frameworks
* Automatic/blocking rules
* Credit Check logic in O2C cycles
* Define operational processes for credit releases, escalations and exception handling.
* Collections
* Align Spain’s collections operating model with SAP S/4:
* Payment terms
* Dunning process
* Customer statements
* Support integration with banks, payment interfaces, and treasury processes.
* Cash Application
* Validate:
* Automatic matching rules
* Manual clearing workflows
* Remittance structures and formats
* Ensure smooth connectivity between banking files and SAP S/4.
* Deductions / Claims
* Ensure OPUS fully supports Spain’s highvolume:
* Price Claims
* Logistic Claims
* Validate:
* Case creation
* Approval workflows
* Settlement and offsets
* Reporting and rootcause visibility
* Master Data & Data Migration (SAP MDG)
* Support Customer, Material, Pricing, and Finance domains.
* Apply global Master Data Governance rules for:
* Business Partner harmonization (Customer & Vendor)
* Material types, hierarchies, BUoM
* Pricing structures
* Execute data cleansing (duplicates, obsolete records, hierarchy corrections).
* Collaborate with global MDM teams for migration templates and validations.
* Testing (SIT, PIT, UAT)
Design and execute endtoend test scenarios to reflect Spain’s real business model, including:
* Complex Pricing
* Orders (IH & OOH)
* Delivery & POD
* Billing flows
* Credit blocks & releases
* Collections, Cash Application
* Price & Logistic Claims
* Integrations with local tools (REX, SONAR, AVE, Data Lake, Databricks)
* Cut Over & Hypercare
* Participate in all Cut Over preparation activities, including:
* Blackout planning
* Mock runs & rehearsals
* Data load validations
* Support Hypercare to stabilize Billing, Cash App, Pricing, Claims, Credit and Collections processes.
Required ExperienceMust Have
* 5+ years in Order to Cash / Bill to Cash / Finance / Credit / Customer Excellence
* Handson experience with SAP ECC or SAP S/4
* Deep understanding of:
* Billing
* Rebates & Agreements
* OnInvoice / OffInvoice structures
* Claims (Price & Logistics)
* Credit & Collections
* Cash Application
* Experience in ERP transformation or system migration projects.
Nice to Have
* Experience as Finance Business Partner, Credit Specialist or Customer Excellence Lead in a FMCG environment
* Knowledge of Spanish market complexities (Triangulated model, Concessionaire, OOH/IH GTM, AVE pricing)
* Experience with Master Data Governance, Data Migration, or Databricks
* Prior involvement in global template deployments
