Account Executive – US Market | Based in Barcelona
Most finance teams are still managing FX manually: spreadsheets, fragmented workflows, reactive hedging. Kantox exists to change that. We build Currency Management Automation software that helps companies turn FX from an operational burden into a competitive advantage. Our clients are CFOs and Treasurers at mid-to-large corporates across 75 countries, and they trust us to move serious money. Over $18 billion and counting.

We are looking for an Account Executive to own and grow our US market from our Barcelona HQ. This is a full‐cycle hunting role: complex deals, senior stakeholders, and a product that solves a problem most finance teams did not know could be solved this efficiently.

What you'll actually do
You will run full‐cycle enterprise sales into US‐based companies, from first outreach to signed contract. That means:

Building and managing a pipeline of mid‐to‐large corporates with meaningful FX exposure

Engaging CFOs, Treasurers, and FX managers and leading conversations about their business model, not just our product

Building financial business cases that make the ROI clear and compelling

Partnering closely with Customer Success to ensure what you sell gets implemented and expanded

You will build your market from the ground up.

The setup
You will be based in our Barcelona office, a 200‐person team spanning 40+ nationalities. You will cover US accounts, working closely with clients across the Atlantic. In return, you get the lifestyle of Barcelona, a European employment contract, and exposure to a market most Barcelona‐based sales professionals never get near.

Who you are
You have a track record in complex B2B sales, ideally in fintech, SaaS, or financial services, and you know how to navigate long‐cycle, multi‐stakeholder deals. You can hold a credible conversation with a CFO and build a business case that speaks their language.

You do not need to be an FX expert from day one. You do need to be someone who earns trust quickly and picks up technical content fast.

Concretely:

3+ years of B2B sales experience in fintech, SaaS, or financial services

Proven track record of quota attainment in a consultative sales environment

Native or near‐native English; you will be representing Kantox to senior US executives daily

Strong financial literacy; you understand why FX risk matters to a business and can speak to it confidently

Based in Barcelona, or willing to relocate (we provide support)
