The Role
The Technology Transformation Manager for Nespresso will lead and drive organizational restructuring initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency, improving customer experiences, and fostering innovation through digital technologies. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in change management, digital solutions, and organizational development.
In This Role, You Will
* Strategic Planning: Identify opportunities for organizational restructuring to enhance agility and responsiveness to market changes.
* Program Leadership: Manage large-scale, global transformation programs using agile and hybrid methodologies.
* Organizational Design:
o Drive the evolution of organizational structures, roles, and capabilities to support digital ways of working.
o Analyze existing organizational processes and identify areas for improvement through digital solutions.
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new processes that leverage technology for better performance.
o Evaluate and recommend digital tools and platforms that support organizational restructuring efforts.
* Change Management:
o Lead change initiatives, communication strategies, and stakeholder engagement plans. Lead change management efforts to ensure smooth transitions during restructuring processes.
o Engage with stakeholders at all levels to communicate the vision and benefits of digital transformation initiatives.
o Develop training programs to equip employees with the skills needed for new digital tools and processes.
o Governance & Value Delivery:
+ Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of digital transformation initiatives.
+ Monitor and report on progress, making adjustments as necessary to ensure objectives are met.
* Stakeholder Management: Engage with senior leaders, business sponsors, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and buy-in.
What We’re Looking For
* Strong leadership capability with a proven track record in successful team development and effective collaboration across all organizational levels.
* Expertise in budget planning, financial management, and workforce management. With a proven ability to process and analyze financial data, people data, and technical information, while taking ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
* Ability to effectively drive business, cultural, and technology change in a dynamic and complex operating environment, with a strong understanding of the organization’s mission, values, operations, and goals.
* Expertise in IT strategic planning and execution, IT governance formulation, and change management best practices and frameworks.
* Strong focus on customer and user experience.
* Knowledge of IT PM methodologies (e.g. Agile, PMI®, Prince 2 Agile®, Lean Start-up, KANBAN, SDM, D&C, SCRUM).
* Solid knowledge of product management best practices, functional design, and application delivery methodology.
* Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to explain technology solutions in business terms, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
* Strong decision‑making skills, with the ability to consider the relative costs and benefits of potential actions to choose the most appropriate course of action.
* Above‑average organizational and time‑management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
Extra Skills That Set You Apart
* 10+ years in IT/business transformation roles, including 5+ years in program leadership.
* Deep expertise in organizational design, agile delivery, and change management.
* Strong analytical, communication, and facilitation skills.
* Experience in global, matrixed organizations.
* Certifications in Agile, PMI, or equivalent methodologies preferred.
