**Job Description**:
As a Key Account Manager within SES-imagotag Iberia, your main objectives will be to:
- Main tasks:
- Actively prospect a portfolio of key account prospects
- Follow up and develop a portfolio of key accounts
- Deploy our new innovations to our existing customers
- Organize answers to tenders and write commercial proposals, in close collaboration with internals departments (product managers, after-sales services, installations, deployment, etc.) and, if necessary, in collaboration with the General Account Manager in charge of the account at a global level.
- Develop relationships with integrator/editor partners
- Develop the turnover on his commercial scope and achieve the objectives set
- Secondary tasks:
- Develop good relationship with the decision makers, at the highest level
- Participate in client events or trade shows
- Assist marketing in the development of business cases or communications / customer stories
- Update regularly the CRM tools with opportunities and manage his/her customer and prospect base
- Feed back information about competitors to his/her manager and the marketing department
**Qualifications**:
- Successful experience in a similar position (Key Account Manager or Area Manager)
- Minimum 4-5 years with a proven track record in attaining/exceeding account management and sales goals
- Knowledge of the retail industry is an asset
- Fluent spanish and english are mandatories
- Excellent Relations skills ranging from store level to company C-level.
- Ability to identify solution value for the individual customers and transforming this into additional sales.
- High level of personal drive and proactive work methods
- Possess ability to prioritization of the strategic tasks from customer and company perspective
