Hours: 59.75 (FN1: 27.50, FN2: 32.25)

About the role:
- Provide respectful, person-centred support that promotes dignity and independence
- Support participants with daily living, personal care, including catheter care, health routines, and community access
- Experience supporting behaviours of concern (BOC) using calm, consistent approaches
- Knowledge of epilepsy support, including recognising and responding to seizures
- Follow behaviour support plans, routines, and safety procedures
- Use clear communication and de-escalation skills
- Work independently and maintain accurate documentation
- Reliable, patient, and supportive in every shift
- Certificate IV in Disability (or equivalence) is highly desirable
- Must be available to work all shifts listed in roster
