What You Will Do
As a Marketing Automation Engineer, you will design and scale the systems that power NeuralTrust's growth engine. Your role sits at the intersection of AI, data, and growth, where you will build automation and intelligent systems that drive scalable acquisition.
You will:
* Design and implement AI-driven growth systems, combining LLMs, automation, and data pipelines
* Build and scale programmatic SEO infrastructure (dynamic page generation, internal linking, content at scale)
* Develop automated link-building systems (prospecting, enrichment, outreach workflows)
* Create AI-powered content pipelines (research, generation, optimization, publishing)
* Build internal tools and scripts (Python) to improve marketing efficiency and scalability
* Design and maintain data pipelines and dashboards to track performance (traffic, rankings, conversions)
* Experiment with and deploy the latest AI tools, agents, and automation workflows into production
* Identify opportunities and lead new growth initiatives from idea to execution
️ About You
We're looking for a technical, data-driven builder with a strong foundation in software and systems thinking.
* Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
* 2+ years of experience in AI, Software Development, or technical marketing roles
* Strong skills in Python, MCPs and Agent development frameworks (LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen)
* Experience with automation tools and APIs (e.G., Zapier, custom scripts, scraping)
* Strong interest in AI tools, LLMs, and emerging automation workflows
* Analytical mindset with a focus on experimentation and measurable impact
* Proactive individual with a strong sense of ownership, eager to lead and launch new initiatives
* Fluent in English
* Hands-on, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment
* Based in or willing to relocate to Barcelona (hybrid)
