As we continue scaling across Europe, we are expanding our commercial team with high-impact senior sales profiles.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Account Executive – Spain to drive revenue growth by targeting the largest and highest-potential hospitality accounts in the Spanish market.

This is a senior outbound full-cycle role. You will generate your own pipeline, manage complex sales processes, and close strategic accounts within Hotels and Vacation Rentals.

This position combines strong execution capability with strategic thinking and market development mindset.

Key Responsibilities

* Proactively build pipeline through outbound prospecting (calls, email, LinkedIn, events).
* Identify and prioritize high-value hospitality accounts (hotels, chains, property managers, vacation rentals).
* Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, demo, negotiation, and closing.
* Lead consultative sales conversations with decision-makers.
* Maintain high standards of CRM hygiene, forecasting, and reporting.
* Collaborate with Marketing and Product to refine messaging and positioning.
* Contribute ideas and insights to accelerate growth in Spain.

Requirements

Must Have

* Spanish speaker + professional English.
* 4+ years of B2B outbound sales experience.
* Proven full-cycle ownership (prospecting to close).
* Experience targeting mid-market or enterprise accounts.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Comfortable using digital sales tools (CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, sequencing tools).
* High autonomy and results-driven mindset.
* Experience working in fast-growing, performance-oriented environments.
* Experience in the Hospitality sector (Hotels, Chains, Vacation Rentals, Property Managers).
* Understanding of PMS or hospitality technology landscape.
