Experteer Overview In this role you help shape The Lancet Regional Health – Europe by guiding editorial strategy and content selection. You collaborate with senior editors, the Editor-in-Chief, and external stakeholders to build a strong regional portfolio in an Open Access journal. You will identify experts, coordinate peer review, write editorials, and develop programs that raise the journal’s profile. The role blends content leadership with community engagement to advance regional health research and impact. - Contribute to content selection for the journal

- Write editorials and organize peer review for articles and reviews
- Coordinate webinars and podcasts with authors and opinion leaders
