Your Profile
You will work closely with senior MS Dynamics 365 developers and product team members. Typical tasks may include:
Dynamics 365 & B2B Solution Support
* Assist in the configuration and light customization ofMS Dynamics 365 Online – Salesunder guidance.
* Support the team intestingnew features, integrations and changes (e.g. writing and executing test cases, documenting results).
* Help withdata maintenanceactivities (data quality checks, simple data updates, support for imports/exports).
* Contribute to thedocumentationof solution components, workflows and integrations.
Team & DevOps Support
* Support the DevOps team withbasic monitoringand follow-up on incidents or requests related to Dynamics 365.
* Help troubleshoot and resolvesimple issues(e.g. user access, basic configuration, user support under supervision).
* Assist in maintaining and updatingknowledge baseand operational runbooks.
Learning & Collaboration
* Collaborate with product owners, developers and other stakeholders in anAgile/Scrumenvironment.
* Participate in team ceremonies (daily stand-ups, refinement, reviews, retrospectives) as part of your learning path.
* Show willingness to familiarize yourself withMS Dynamics 365,Power Platform(Power Apps, Power Automate) and related technologies used by the team.
Required Studies and Competences
Education & Availability
* Student inComputer Science, Physics, Engineering, Business Informaticsor equivalent areas.
* Availability of 20 to 30 hours per week during the academic year (flexible schedule possible).
Technical & Methodological Skills
* Basic programming or scripting knowledge (e.g.C#, .NET, JavaScriptor other object-oriented languages) is a plus.
* Interest in or first contact with:
o CRM systems(ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365)
o Power Platform(Power Apps, Power Automate)
o Web technologies(JavaScript, HTML, CSS)
* Familiarity withAgileconcepts (Scrum, Kanban) is a plus.
* Willingness to familiarize yourself withenterprise systems and new technologies.
Languages and Soft Skills
* Fluent English and Spanish(spoken and written). German is a plus.
* Strongteam playerwith good communication skills in a multicultural environment.
* Well-organized and detail-oriented, able to follow up tasks and document work properly.
* Proactive, curious and eager tolearn from senior colleaguesand grow in the Dynamics 365 / B2B area.
