About the Opportunity Kids&Us, the leading English language school for children, is looking for a passionate and dynamic English Teacher to join our team in Marbella. We use a unique methodology based on the natural process of mother tongue acquisition, making learning meaningful and fun for our students.
Consequently, we are seeking individuals who love working with children and are eager to guide them through the world of English using our innovative materials and stories.
Key Responsibilities:
* First, you will prepare and teach classes according to the defined Kids&Us methodology, ensuring lessons are engaging and effective.
* Additionally, you will monitor student progress, taking attendance, grading, and writing reports to keep parents informed.
* Furthermore, you will complete online evaluations at the end of each term to track the development of every child.
* Also, you will perform other school-related tasks and participate in continuous training to ensure excellence in your teaching.
* Finally, you will maintain frequent communication with parents and the center management regarding student performance.
Requirements:
* Linguistically, you must possess a Native or Bilingual level of English (C1/C2). This is essential for our natural immersion method.
* Regarding experience, previous teaching experience is highly valued, especially with young children.
* Academically, a degree in Early Childhood Education, Foreign Languages, or Translation and Interpretation is preferred.
* Personally, you must be enthusiastic, communicative, and passionate about children’s education.
* Availability, you should be flexible with working hours, typically in the afternoons/evenings when children finish school.
