**Descripción de la oferta**

Mission:

- Define and implement the Neolith Global Training Plan through the identified knowledge and talent needs giving support to HRBPs and direct managers.
- Support a departmental orientation program for employees to receive the appropriate training to successfully perform their job.

Main Responsibilities:

- Design and Implement Neolith Group training plan at global level, collaborating closely with the HRBP.
- Design and Implement Talent development initiatives at general level, collaborating closely with the HRBP.
- Search, negotiate and coordinate internal and external training providers with the aim to assure quality standards and training goals accomplishments.
- Ensure internal trainers’ network to be ready for training activities.
- Update job training tools for employees; supervise on-going training initiatives and conducts training, when appropriate.
- Track and evaluate transfer of learning, data management crossed with development key indicators. Training effectiveness.
- Ensure completion of Neolith Training plan is conducted on time and on budget.
- Ensure coordination and facilitation of new hire onboarding training programs to generate a positive first impression for employees and emphasize the importance of guest service in company cultural immersion.
- Implement and update digital training and its content. Develop a best-in-class Neolith Group e-learning platform.

**Requisitos**
- Bachelor’s degree. Master in Human Resources or similar.
- 5+ years of progressively responsible professional and leadership experience in training and talent development. Experience in the industrial sector valuable.
- Advanced user level E-learning platforms, Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Outlook. SuccessFactors experience is highly valuable.
- English C1 and Spanish as main languages.

- Right balance between a strategic view and hands-on mentality.
- Excellent planning and organization skills.
- Ability to build strong relationship as well as an agent of change and promote cross functional knowledge management.
- Strong communication skills including the ability to deal with confidential, sensitive information.
- Trainer for training and innovative multimedia & pedagogical skills.
- Be able to multi-task and manage time efficiently
- Be a strong team player, interpersonal and communication skills
- Objectiveness and self-leadership.
