**Funciones**:
From Temporing Barcelona we select an Event Planner for an important company in the pharmaceutical sector located in Sant Joan Despí.
**Tasks**:
- Event planning.
- Professionally plan and organize strategically relevant external and internal events, F2F, Hybrid or virtual mode.
- Provide event on site support where required or logístically needed.
- Serve as key contact for internal customers so that they can focus on their core business activities.
- Perform detailed planning and event schedules.
- Organize briefings and follow up meetings with internal customers and external service providers.
- Event creation and logistics.
- Manage and document the overall event budget.
- Manage attendee and travel matters.
- Coordinate suppliers/agencies/co-partners.
- Support the selection and the management of external service providers and other contractors.
- Manage budget and final costs.
- Conduct financial/compliance closing and reporting.
- Review performance and debrief with stakeholder/close event.
- Compiling reports and preparing spreadsheets ensuring high-quality and provides cost information to different stakeholders.
- Provide new initiatives to improve EDM new processes, guidance, communications, virtual tools, etc.
- Lead specific EDM projects and activities and follow up the actions (KPI’s).
- Collaborate in cross functional projects as EDM representative.
- Guarantee expected level of quality and safeguard compliance in events with high complexity and sensitive content.
- Incident management with users and event management providers
- Conducting training for users of event management tools.
- Create and update new guidance for EDM.
- Data analysis collected in the Events, ROI, to ensure the effectiveness of the events, in line with Global guidance.
**Requisitos**:
-Degree in Event Management, Business Administration, Marketing or an equivalent qualification.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
- With availability to travel nationally (Spain) and Portugal.
- Several years of experience in event management support & analyst in the life science industry, in the Pharma business will be an advantage.
- Very good knowledge of national and/or international Pharma Codes.
- Several years of experience in project management, must be able to manage third-party event agency and make recommendations concerning department procedures to ensure that work objectives and quality and compliance standards are met.
- Strong communicator with the ability to engage with stakeholders and challenge status quo.
- Reliability, assertiveness and confidence as well as creativity and open-minded.

**Se ofrece**:
-We offer a 6 month temporary contract.
- Gross monthly salary: 2.980€
- Hybrid position: 2/3 days per week at the office. Compensation of teleworking: 50 euros per month.
- Shift from 8 to 17hrs. (with flexibility) from Monday to Thursday, Friday intensive.
