Ensure implementation of Crop Solutions Strategy in the sub-region. Identifies and convert business opportunties across various Crop Solutions related application fields and markets. Drives execution of regional customers projects across various interfaces (CCC, Regional Tech. Service).
Responsibilities
* Accountable to deliver sales target and profitability according to the business target
* Responsable for pricing management within defined framework
* Manages commercial aspects of major business opportunities (projects) in crossfunctional teams
* Initiates and execute business development projects across interfaces
o Initiates projects (e.g. Formulation work in Regional Technical Service) to foster growth
o Ensure efficient and professional customer relationship management
* Provide market feedback to support new projects/opportunities
o Accountable for demand forecast to assure on time deliveries
o Provide meaningful customer feedback to Marketing to tailor value proposition of products
o Identify specific customer needs and develop value propositions to generate projects for future growth
* Implement efficient/regular communication flow to all stakeholders
o Regular communication of project status and opportunities to Head of Sales Crop Solutions
o Ensure efficient communication with Regional Technical Service, Marketing, SOM
* Regional Account Management
o Regular communication of project status and opportunities to all regions to leverage synergies
Requirements
* Degree in Chemistry / Degree in Chemical Engineering / Degree in Business, e.g. Marketing
* Minimum 5 years of commercial experience with good and balanced understanding of research, application development, marketing and sales
* Minimun 3 yers of commercial experience in Crop Solutions Market
* Strong in communication and interface management .
* High automony required.
