You will be part of the CTO2 Allianz Partners Insurance IT team, which delivers and operates Allianz Partner's end-to-end (E2E) target solutions for all insurance-related lines of business globally. These include travel insurance, ticketing, banking partners, mobile devices, and digital risk protection (MDDR). This covers the central ACM B2B2C platform supporting B2C, B2B, and B2B2C channels across over 14 countries in Europe and eCommerce services in more than 60 countries worldwide.
The Insurance Line of Business is organized as an agile product team, composed of multiple Tribes covering the entire insurance value chain with international, cross-functional squads within the chapter organization.
As a Business Systems Analyst at Allianz Technology, your role will include :
* Serving as a vital link between business objectives and technical implementation.
* Driving the functional and technical design of applications, specifying requirements, and analyzing defects.
* Designing components and processes to ensure high reliability of applications.
* Providing innovative AI solutions and AI-driven processes, aligning with Allianz Technology's commitment to cutting-edge technology.
Key responsibilities include :
* Collaborating with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements and translating needs into specifications.
* Leading the design and architecture of business applications.
* Analyzing and resolving defects collaboratively.
* Adapting and designing components to enhance application reliability.
* Implementing AI solutions to meet business needs.
* Facilitating communication between business units and technical teams.
* Utilizing project management methodologies, preferably SCRUM, to ensure timely delivery.
Qualifications and experience required :
* At least 5 years of experience in computer science or related IT fields, with proficiency in system design and architecture.
* Experience with MS Office, Confluence, JIRA, MySQL, UML, BPMN, EPC diagrams, Postman, Webservices (JSON), GitHub, APIs, Java, XSD, JSON, Splunk, Dynatrace, and AWS Console.
* Knowledge of project management methodologies, especially SCRUM.
