PbJob Overview /b /ppbr/ppbThe Senior Specialist /b, bAffiliate /b is responsible for launching, building, and operating our business locally. From business strategy to knocking on doors, this is a role for someone who thrives in the field, loves building from zero, and can manage every aspect of the business as a one-person startup, with real influence on commercial strategy, team growth, and market positioning. /ppbr/ppThis role requires bEntrepreneurial Mindset /b – ability to build from scratch, make decisions independently, and take ownership of all aspects of the affiliate, bHands-On Mentality /b – willing to do everything from sales to invoicing to customer support bCommercial Acumen /b – strong understanding of business, pricing, negotiation, and sales strategy, bField Sales Capability /b – comfortable pitching door-to-door to clinics and doctors, bOperational Excellence /b – able to manage logistics, finance, stock, invoicing, and payments reliably, bProblem-Solving /b – resourceful, fast-thinking, and solutions-oriented in a startup environment, bCustomer-Centric /b – focus on building strong client relationships and handling service issues effectively, bAdaptability /b – comfortable with ambiguity and able to prioritize in a fast-moving environment, Time bSelf-Management /b – able to structure their own day and responsibilities without close supervision, Basic bFinancial Literacy /b – able to handle budgets, forecasts, profit margins, and cash flow. /ppbr/ppbCore Responsibilities: /b /ppbr/ppbBusiness Setup Strategy: /b /pulliLead the launch of the Spain affiliate from day one /liliDefine local go-to-market strategy, pricing, and forecasts /liliCreate and execute Spain -specific business plans and budgets /liliEnsure full compliance with Spain laws, certifications, and operational standards /li /ulpbr/ppbSales Business Development /b /pulliGenerate leads and manage direct sales to clinics and doctors /liliPitch products in person and build strong long-term client relationships /liliIdentify strategic partnerships and KOLs (key opinion leaders) /liliBuild and manage sales pipeline and revenue forecasting /li /ulpbr/ppbDaily Operations /b /pulliOversee orders, logistics, invoicing, payments, and customer support /liliHandle day-to-day finance: budgeting, reporting, and cost control /liliEnsure smooth operational flow as a “one-person business” at the start /li /ulpbr/ppbMarketing Market Intelligence /b /pulliPlan and execute local marketing campaigns and events /liliAnalyze competition and trends in the Spain aesthetic market /liliProvide local insights to the HQ marketing and product teams /li /ulpbr/ppbTeam Building /b /pulliRecruit, train, and manage future sales reps and operational support /liliDefine team structure and KPIs as the affiliate scales /li /ulpbr/ppbWhat you'll Bring: /b /pulliBachelor’s degree in economics, Business administration or a related field. /lili8-10 years' experience in commercial, sales, or operations roles — ideally in aesthetics, pharma, medical devices or beauty industry. /liliEntrepreneurial mindset: hands-on, driven, independent /liliStrong commercial acumen and confidence in client-facing situations /liliExcellent organizational and multitasking skills /liliFluent in English, Spanish and other European languages a plus /liliExperience working in a start-up or launch environment is highly valued /liliMust be based in Spain, with ease of commute to Madrid /liliAbility to travel (up to 50+%), predominantly within Spain /li /ulpbr/ppbWhat We Offer: /b /ppAt BioScience GMBH, we combine cutting-edge science with aesthetics to help people look and feel their best.
