About the role:
We are looking for a CRM & Email Marketing Manager to lead our customer engagement efforts. In this pivotal role, you won't just manage a list; you will be the architect of our customer journeys. From spearheading a critical CRM migration to building sophisticated automated workflows, you will drive retention and lifetime value (LTV) through personalized, data-led storytelling.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic CRM Leadership & Migration
Lead the Migration: Project manage and execute our CRM migration, ensuring a seamless transition and optimized setup.
Strategy Ownership: Evolve the global CRM strategy to boost engagement and conversion rates.
Database Management: Precision segmentation to deliver hyper-targeted communication.
Lifecycle Orchestration: Design end-to-end programs (Onboarding, Nurturing, Re-engagement).
Lead Scoring: Maintain a robust model to prioritize high-value opportunities for Sales and Admissions.
2. Email Marketing & Technical Execution
Campaign Deployment: Manage everything from weekly newsletters to complex automated flows.
Creative Oversight: Direct copywriting, layout, and design with rigorous Quality Assurance (QA).
Optimization: Continuous A/B testing of subject lines, CTAs, and send times.
Technical Integrity: Manage data hygiene, integrations (APIs/Webhooks), and high-converting landing pages.
3. Automation, Analytics & Compliance
Advanced Workflows: Build triggers based on user behavior and predictive rules.
Data-Driven Insights: Track KPIs including Open Rates, CTR, Churn, and LTV.
Actionable Reporting: Use GA, Power BI, and CRM native analytics to drive strategy.
Compliance: Maintain deliverability health and strict adherence to GDPR & CAN-SPAM.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Internal Partnering: Work with Sales, Admissions, and Academics to ensure a unified voice.
Creative/IT Liaison: Coordinate with visual teams for assets and IT for system troubleshooting.
About you:
* Experience: 3+ years of proven success in CRM or Email Marketing.
* CRM Expertise: High proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics (Core requirement). Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or Klaviyo is a plus.
* Analytical Stack: Comfort navigating Google Analytics, Power BI, and native CRM reporting.
* Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications.
* Languages: Full professional command of English (Excellent copywriting is a must).
Preferred Assets:
* Industry experience within Higher Education.
* Technical knowledge of HTML/CSS for email customization.
* Familiarity with personalization engines and advanced A/B testing tools.
