En GSK buscamos un/aLíder de Turnopara el área de Líquidos Inhalados. Si tienes formación universitaria en ámbito científico‑técnico, experiencia en entornos operativos y habilidades para liderar equipos, ¡te estamos esperando!
🎯Tu misión:
1. Control de operaciones:Fabricación y acondicionamiento (Process Confirmation).
2. Organización de recursos:Orientar al equipo hacia la consecución de objetivos.
3. Mejora continua:Realizar Gembas, identificar y resolver problemas, gestionar Ciclos de Mejora.
🧠Responsabilidades principales:
4. Garantizar el cumplimiento deestándares de Seguridad y Calidaden el área.
5. Coordinar elplan de programación del turnoy organizar al personal.
6. Liderar y desarrollar al equipo para alcanzar el rendimiento esperado a través de TIER1.
7. Actuar según LSW, promoviendo 0 Accidentes, defectos y desperdicios, y mejorando EHS, Calidad y Suministro.
8. Gestionar investigaciones rápidas ante accidentes, incidentes y desviaciones en su turno.
💡¿Qué buscamos?
9. Formación:Titulación universitaria, preferible en Ciencias o Ingeniería.
10. Idiomas:Nivel alto de inglés.
11. Habilidades técnicas:Fluidez en MS Office y experiencia en gestión de equipos.
🔍Valorable:
12. Experiencia enentornos GxP.
13. Conocimientos de SAP u otros ERP y herramientas de análisis de datos (Power BI).
