Experteer Overview In this role you lead end-to-end Agile delivery for data initiatives across Spain u0026amp; Portugal, ensuring value delivery and operational excellence for analytical products. You act as IT Owner for the data platform, balancing local agility with international guidelines, and partner with the CDAO and Zone teams to align with global products. You drive capacity planning, demand management, and secure, cost-conscious cloud and BI operations (GCP, Power BI). You thrive in a high-stakes, transformation-oriented environment and enable cross-functional collaboration to scale data solutions.Compensaciones / Beneficios
- Lead Scrum-based delivery for data products and analytical initiatives
- Translate business needs into technical roadmaps and perform capacity planning
- Manage external vendors and capacity to meet delivery timelines
- Collaborate with Product Owner and CDAO for backlog refinement and prioritization
- Monitor incidents and ensure service excellence (ServiceNow)
- Enforce governance and IT guidelines across data assets
- Oversee GCP local cloud management, access control, cost tracking and security
- Supervise Power BI ecosystems including workspaces, capacities and licensing
- Ensure cybersecurity compliance and alignment with group policies
- Coordinate with Spain u0026 Portugal CIO and zone/general teams for alignmentResponsabilidades
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field
- 5+ years IT Project Management with focus on Data/BI
- Strong project management and multitasking in fast-paced environments
- Proven Agile experience as Scrum Master or Delivery Manager
- Solid Cloud knowledge with preference for Google Cloud Platform
- Experience managing Power BI environments (workspaces, capacities, licensing)
- Familiarity with ServiceNow incident management
- SQL proficiency and data-structure know-how
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management in a matrix organization
- Fluent English and Spanish; Portuguese a plusRequisitos principales
