Experteer Overview In this global role, you define and operationalize Almirall’s expert engagement strategy across priority diseases, turning external insights into a scientific asset that informs development, regulatory planning and trial execution. You will bridge external experts with internal R&D and Clinical Development to optimize decision-making and advance pipeline value. You’ll lead planning, coordination and impact assessment of expert engagements, driving high-quality scientific exchanges and long-term partnerships. coordinate with Global,regional and local Medical Affairs (MSLs) teamsResponsabilidades - Advanced degree in Life Sciences (MD, PharmD, PhD, MSc, BSc or equivalent) required - Minimum 7–10 years in Medical Affairs, Clinical Development or R&D in biopharma - Proven experience in global KOL engagement strategy, strategic planning or expert partnerships - Strong understanding of clinical development processes, evidence generation, and regulatory-scientific interactions - Excellent leadership and project-management skills across cross-functional initiatives - Strong scientific communication abilities to influence across departments and geographies - Strategic thinking and analytical skills to translate insights into actionable plans - Deep understanding of the drug development lifecycle and external scientific environment - Visionary thinking to elevate expert engagement as a strategic asset - Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships with scientific leaders and internal partners - High adaptability in dynamic, matrixed environments - Recognized for scientific excellence, strategic mindset and collaborative leadershipRequisitos principales -
