We are strengthening our finance function with an FP&A; & Finance Analyst who will combine FP&A; leadership, controlling excellence, and ownership of our NetSuite ERP .
\n
We are looking for a senior finance professional (7–10+ years of experience) who will act as the business owner of NetSuite and lead FP&A;, financial analytics, and controlling processes across the company.
\n
This role sits at the intersection of finance, systems, and strategy, working closely with the CFO and Director of Finance to ensure:

robust financial data high-quality forecasts In the long term, this person will be the single point of ownership for NetSuite from a finance perspective.
\n
NetSuite Ownership & Finance Systems
\n
Act as NetSuite business owner for the finance function
\n
Lead and/or have led at least one NetSuite implementation end-to-end (as project lead or finance lead)
\n
Own system configuration related to:
\n
budgeting and forecasting
\n
Ensure data integrity, consistency, and reliability across all financial reporting
\n
FP&A; & Financial Analytics
\n
Own the FP&A; function from a data and process perspective performance dashboards
\n
Ensure accurate, timely, and decision-ready financial analytics
\n
Support business teams with financial insights and analysis
\n
Translate financial data into clear narratives for management
\n
Forecasting & Strategic Finance budget preparation scenario analysis
\n
Support long-term financial planning and growth initiatives
\n
Controlling & Financial Governance
\n
Design and implement controlling procedures, including:
\n
budget ownership and authorization workflows spending controls
\n
Ensure consistency between accounting, FP&A;, and operational reporting
\n
Support month-end close processes in collaboration with accounting
\n
7–10+ years of experience in FP&A;, Controlling, or similar finance roles
\n
~ budgeting and forecasting
\n
~ Comfortable working closely with senior leadership (CFO, Director of Finance, leadership team)
\n
~ Experience owning finance systems post-implementation
\n
Background in SaaS, marketplace, or services businesses
\n
Able to bridge finance, systems, and business stakeholders
\n
Strong communication skills — able to explain complex financial data simply
\n
Strategic role with real ownership, not a support function
\n
