My client, a leading player in EV charging and clean energy, is hiring a Key Account Manager/ Business Development Lead to drive commercial activities across Spain and Portugal and wider European regions.
This strategic role focuses on growing market presence and building future-ready charging networks through a portfolio of advanced hardware and software solutions.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Market Development & Sales
- Identify and convert new opportunities across EV, transport, logistics, and energy sectors- Drive regional growth through focused sales execution
Strategic Account Management
- Manage key client relationships across the full project lifecycle- Deliver tailored, value-driven solutions
Product & Market Positioning
- Advocate for next-gen EV technologies- Represent the brand at events and in the industry
Internal Collaboration
- Align with technical, marketing, and ops teams- Share market insights to shape product and strategy
Commercial Proposals
- Lead on proposals, pricing, and negotiations- Ensure compliance with local regulations
Ideal Profile:
- 3+ years in business development, account management, or solution sales- Strong knowledge of Iberian or European EV charging markets- Experience with OEMs, infrastructure, energy, or public sector- Solid technical understanding of EV charging or smart energy- Fluent in Spanish and English;
Portuguese is a plus
