PbPOSITION SUMMARY /b /ppThe Account Executive – Aluminum Covers is responsible for driving commercial growth of CST’s cover solutions, including aluminum domes, internal floating roofs (IFR), seals and accessories and flat covers across both Oil Gas and Water (potable and wastewater) sectors. /ppThis role combines strong technical expertise and business development capability, with a clear focus on market expansion, project generation, and strategic partnership development. /ppThe ideal candidate should have proven experience in aluminum covers and floating roof systems applied to Oil Gas storage tanks, with the ability to extend this knowledge into water and wastewater applications. /ppThe Account Executive will actively explore markets, identify opportunities, and build CST’s presence by developing local partner networks in each country, positioning CST as a global leader in integrated cover solutions. /ppThis is a remote role, can be based anywhere in Western Europe. /ppbr/ppbESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES /b /ppbr/ppCommercial Business Development /pulliDevelop and execute a regional sales strategy focused on: /liliOil Gas storage terminals, refineries, and tank operators /liliWater and wastewater treatment facilities /liliIdentify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities (greenfield and retrofit markets) /liliActively generate project pipelines leading to sales through: /liliDirect engagement with end users /liliEPC tracking and specification influence /liliMarket intelligence and mapping /li /ulpbr/ppPartnership Development /pulliContinuously identify, evaluate, and develop local partners in each country, including: /liliTank manufacturers /liliEPC contractors /liliLocal representatives and distributors /liliGlobal and National accounts with major petroleum accounts. /liliEstablish and manage long-term strategic alliances /liliEnsure partners are aligned with CST’s commercial strategy and product positioning /liliSupport and drive partner performance and opportunity generation /li /ulpbr/ppTechnical Commercial Sales /pulliPromote CST’s full portfolio of cover solutions: /liliAluminum Domes /liliInternal Floating Roofs /liliSeals and accessories /liliFlat covers /liliService and installation partners /liliUtilize technical expertise to: /liliSupport solution definition /liliInfluence specifications /liliAdvise clients on optimal configurations /liliLead the full sales cycle: /liliOpportunity identification /liliProposal strategy /liliNegotiation and closing /li /ulpbr/ppMarket Development Positioning /pulliMarket intelligence and Product competition knowledge /liliPosition CST as a preferred supplier of integrated cover systems /liliSupport vendor registration and approvals (e.g., ARAMCO, ADNOC, VOPAK, major operators) /liliAnalyze and monitor: /liliCompetitor activity /liliMarket pricing /liliProduct gaps and opportunities /liliIdentify regulatory and market drivers: /liliVOC emissions reduction /liliESG requirements /liliEnvironmental compliance /li /ulpbr/ppInternal Coordination /pulliAct as the link between regional markets and CST global resources: /liliEngineering /liliManufacturing (US, Germany, Korea, Vietnam) /liliCoordinate with internal teams to ensure competitive and optimized solutions /liliSupport product development initiatives based on market feedback /liliCollaborate with marketing on campaigns, trade shows, and technical presentations /li /ulpbr/ppCustomer Relationship Management /pulliBuild and maintain strong relationships with key accounts /liliEnsure continuous follow-up on: /liliProposals /liliNegotiations /liliProject execution /liliIdentify opportunities for: /liliIFR retrofits /liliSeal replacements /liliMaintenance and upgrades /liliRetrofit or new concrete tanks for water and wastewater. /li /ulpbr/ppAdministrative Reporting /pulliMaintain CRM (Salesforce) updated with: /liliOpportunities /liliPipeline /liliForecasts /liliPrepare and review commercial proposals aligned with CST pricing strategy /liliCoordinate internally to support order execution and delivery /li /ulpbr/ppbQUALIFICATIONS /b /ppEducation and Experience /pulliBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field /liliMinimum 5–10 years of experience in: /liliOil Gas storage industry, capital goods sales or turnaound sales experience /liliTank systems, roofs, or related equipment /liliProven experience in technical sales and business development /li /ulpbr/ppbTechnical Experience (Highly Recommended) /b /pulliExperience in: /liliAluminum covers (domes or similar structures) /liliInternal Floating Roofs (IFR) or storage tank roof systems /li /ulpbr/ppbCore Competencies /b /pulliStrong business development mindset (hunter profile) /liliAbility to develop markets and generate projects from early stages /liliExperience building and managing partner networks across multiple countries /liliStrategic thinking with strong execution capability /liliExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills /li /ulpbr/ppbLanguage Skills /b /pulliEnglish (mandatory) /liliAdditional languages depending on region: /liliEMEA: Arabic, Spanish, French (plus) /liliSEA: Thai, Bahasa Indonesia, Vietnamese (plus) /li /ulpbr/ppbComputer Skills /b /pulliMicrosoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) /liliCRM systems (Salesforce) /liliBasic understanding of technical tools (AutoCAD is a plus) /li /ulpbr/ppbTRAVEL REQUIREMENTS /b /pulli30–50% travel required (client visits, partner meetings, trade shows) /li /ulpbr/ppbWORK ENVIRONMENT /b /ppThe work environment is dynamic and international, involving frequent interaction with clients, partners, and internal teams across multiple regions.
