We are seeking a skilled Google Workspace Deployment / Support Engineer. In this role you will be responsible for implementing managing and supporting Google Workspace solutions for our organization and clients.
* Plan execute and manage Google Workspace deployments and migrations
* Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Google Workspace applications and services
* Develop and implement best practices for Google Workspace administration and security
* Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure smooth integration of Google Workspace with existing IT infrastructure
* Create and maintain documentation for Google Workspace processes and procedures
* Conduct user training sessions and create educational materials on Google Workspace features
* Monitor system performance and implement optimizations as needed
* Stay uptodate with the latest Google Workspace features and updates
* Assist in developing automation scripts and integrations using APIs to enhance workflow efficiency
* Participate in oncall rotations to provide afterhours support when required
Qualifications :
* Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field
* Google Workspace Administrator certification or willingness to obtain within 6 months of hiring
* 3 years of experience in IT support system administration or similar role
* Proven experience with Google Workspace deployment migration and administration
* Strong knowledge of cloud computing technologies and IT infrastructure
* Excellent troubleshooting and problemsolving skills
* Experience with API integration and automation
* Solid understanding of networking concepts and protocols
* Strong project management and organizational skills
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Experience with change management and user training is a plus
* Fluency in English and Spanish is beneficial

The position can be 100 remote from Spain.
