About Cytovation
Cytovation is redefining immunotherapy from the inside out. Our lead asset, CY-101, is a first-in-class bifunctional peptide designed to address immune exclusion in liver metastases and other immune-suppressed tumor environments. We are advancing CY-101 through a multinational clinical program targeting colorectal, hepatocellular, and adrenocortical cancers, with the support of strategic academic and clinical partnerships.
The Role
We are seeking a Business Development Manager to lead and execute our global fundraising and partnering strategy. You will work closely with executive leadership to identify and engage strategic investors and biopharma partners, manage partnering materials, and represent Cytovation at major industry events.
Key Responsibilities
•Identify and qualify potential VC, family office, and pharma partners
•Lead outreach and manage follow-ups
•Prepare and maintain investor decks and partnering materials
•Represent Cytovation at conferences (BioEurope, BIO International, etc.)
•Coordinate preparation for meetings and manage post-event follow-up
•Conduct target discovery and mapping exercises to align BD efforts with market priorities
•Maintain CRM system (e.g., HubSpot)
•Provide regular activity reports for leadership
Requirements
•Based in Europe
•Scientific background (life sciences), with ability to grasp complex immuno-oncology concepts
•5–10 years of industry experience in a BD or investor-facing role
•Fluent English (native or near-native level)
•Excellent PowerPoint and presentation skills
•Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
Preferred Qualifications
•Based in Barcelona, Spain
•Experience with CRM systems and digital engagement tools
•Exposure to managing corporate websites or LinkedIn presence
