Strong, hands-on background with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)Proven track record in solution architecture and technical leadershipExcellent communication skills with both technical and business stakeholdersDeep proficiency in Java, especially for web applicationsExtensive involvement in Java-based web projectsSolid understanding of design patterns and clean code principlesSkilled in building RESTful APIs and servicesFront-end proficiency: HTML, CSS, JavaScript (Vue or React)Familiarity with testing at all levels: unit, integration, functional, performanceWell-versed in Maven, Git, and JIRAFluent in English and SpanishProactive, collaborative mindset and passion for continuous improvementNice to Have
