About the role:
The Client Success team follows a Client for Life Philosophy, ensuring that every Gartner client receives value far exceeding their investment. Associates understand client priorities, breakdown challenges, and support decision-making. Responsibilities include onboarding clients, demonstrating Gartner services, and engaging clients with products used by large teams.
What you will do:
* Build and manage relationships with clients across various levels and functions, ensuring successful utilization of Gartner subscriptions, leading to satisfaction, retention, and growth.
* Introduce Gartner services to new clients and communicate value to decision makers.
* Facilitate client calls, understand priorities, and recommend actions to maximize value.
* Collaborate internally to overcome obstacles and enhance client value.
* Conduct regular reviews of client engagement metrics.
What you will need:
* 2+ years relevant experience or internships.
* Proven success and passion for client satisfaction.
* Strong communication, collaboration, prioritization, critical thinking, and influencing skills.
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred.
* Business-level Dutch (speaking, reading, writing).
