About youLooking for a hands‐on specialist who will build and operate an AI‐driven outbound system for our insurance technology products. This is not a traditional marketing or SDR role. The role focuses on building a repeatable outbound system using data, automation, and AI, and personally executing it end‐to‐end. You will work directly with the CEO and be responsible for generating a qualified pipeline for product‐based solutions.
Responsibilities
Build and operate outbound using AI tools, data enrichment platforms, CRM, and outreach tools
Move from manual outreach to a structured and repeatable system
Define and refine ideal customer profiles across target segments
Validate companies based on business model, structure, and relevance
Identify and work with real signals such as hiring activity, growth, organizational changes, and technology shifts
Prioritize outreach based on timing and relevance
Design and run hypothesis‐driven campaigns using ICP, persona, signal, and messaging angle
Test multiple variations in parallel and continuously improve performance
Create tailored outbound messaging for specific companies and decision‐makers
Avoid generic templates and ensure communication reflects real context
Set up and manage campaigns including sequences, contact lists, and sending schedules
Analyze replies and campaign performance
Identify patterns in responses and continuously optimize targeting and messaging
Requirements
2–3 years of experience in B2B outbound, growth, or lead generation
Experience with outbound tools such as Apollo, Instantly, Lemlist, or similar
Experience working with CRM systems such as HubSpot or similar
Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude in daily workflows
Understanding of ICP definition, segmentation, and outbound fundamentals
Nice to have
Experience with data enrichment tools such as Clay or similar
Experience with automation tools such as n8n, Zapier, or Make
Experience with LinkedIn outbound
Experience in insurance, fintech, or SaaS
Profile
Hands‐on specialist who prefers building systems rather than running manual campaigns
Comfortable working with data, ambiguity, and continuous experimentation
Able to iterate quickly and improve based on feedback and results
Interested in AI, automation, and modern outbound approaches
