**Key Accountabilities**
Reporting to the HRBP Iberia Operations and Finance:
- Review, evaluate and define job descriptions (competencies) for existing and new roles within our Operations area. Maintain and update periodically Operations job description portfolio.
- Recruitment and selection of staff in coordination with Talent Acquisition team.
- Identify technical skill & competency gaps to propose and improve learning & development offering to ensure strategy will be executed with right skills in place.
- Execution of training and development programs for Operations personnel in plants in Spain and Portugal.
- Exhibits a strong focus on performance and people development across all areas and teams within the area of responsibility driving improvement on capabilities and engagement.
- Contribute to change management and communication plans.
- Establish a continuous learning culture and development feedback loop.
- Involvement in improvement initiatives and projects in the areas of talent management, change management, succession planning, workforce planning, learning & development and vitality.
**Profile**
For this HR Business Partner position, you possess a can-do mentality and have the ability to connect and communicate with people at all levels of the organization. You are decisive, have a proactive attitude and know how to turn plans into actions.
In addition, you set the right priorities, have good communication skills, integrity and are able to coach managers on their behavior. Furthermore, you are a self-starter and used to working independently within an (international) setting with many stakeholders.
- You have a Bachelor degree supplemented with HR experience.
- You have proven HR experience of 3/5 years in a production and/or technical environment, preferably at multiple locations.
- You have a good command of both Spanish and English in word and writing. Portuguese language is an advantage.
- Versátil and willing to travel weekly to the various production locations Spain and Portugal.
- Practical understanding of the Hay Group Job Evaluation method.
- Knowledge of Spanish labor legislation is an advantage.
