Floor Manager – COYA Club Marbella

We are currently looking for a passionate Floor Manager to join the team at COYA Club Marbella .
Experience you will need:
- Minimum 2–3 years' experience as a Floor Manager, Assistant Manager or similar leadership role within a high-end restaurant, nightlife or luxury hospitality venue.
- Proven experience leading large front-of-house teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong operational knowledge of restaurant and club service standards.
- Ability to build excellent relationships with guests and create memorable experiences.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach and develop team members.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for delivering outstanding guest service.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- A proactive, hands-on approach with a positive and professional attitude.
- Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.
- Fluent English is essential;
