TRC is seeking a Compliance and Risk Analyst to audit Amazon Middle-Mile carrier partners’ compliance with contractual and legal requirements and to foster a culture of compliance both internally and externally.We are looking for an individual with strong audit experience, preferably in transportation, who can:
Conduct thorough carrier audits across different business models.Identify compliance safety, regulatory, and reputational risks, proposing risk mitigation solutions.Deliver detailed audit reports for carriers and business teams.The ideal candidate will have exceptional attention to detail, a data-driven mindset, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to earn carriers’ trust. Vet Middle-Mile carrier candidates against Amazon policies before onboarding.Audit carrier partners based on the TRC audit workbook, ensuring compliance with contractual, legal, and regulatory requirements.Provide comprehensive audit findings to management and partners, including highlights, lowlights, and recommendations.Deliver clear and actionable audit reports to carriers to help them achieve compliance.Conduct short-notice compliance audits with flexibility and high standards.Investigate suspicious carrier activities posing risks to Amazon or others.Meet individual and team goals with diligence.Maintain high standards of productivity and quality in audits.Lead or participate in special projects as needed.A day in the life

you will work with manycarriers across the network, assessing compliance levels and identifying key problem areas to report for long-term solutions.About the team
The team is based across Europe, working independently within countries but collaborating regularly on regional topics and trends.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Audit experience, preferably in transportFluency in French AND DutchExceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skillsProject management and process improvement experienceAbility to work with international teams with integrity and team spiritStrong analytical and interpretative skillsProficiency in Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook)Research and investigation skillsExperience handling confidential dataWillingness to travel up to 10%PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Transportation experience (e.G., Transport Manager, Fleet Manager) and knowledge of local lawsExperience in compliance and risk managementProfessional auditing qualificationData software experience (e.G., Tableau, QuickBase)Fluency in additional languages such as German, Italian, Lithuanian, or SpanishAmazon is an equal opportunity employer.
