We are currently expanding our team and looking for an AI Software Engineer to join a cutting-edge project focused on integrating AI into the software delivery toolchain. This role offers the opportunity to work on innovative AI solutions, including Large Language Models (LLM) and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines, while contributing to automation and developer productivity platforms.
You are the ideal candidate if you have…
* 3–5 years of experience as a Software Engineer, DevOps, or MLOps specialist, with a strong focus on AI integration and automation
* Hands-on experience integrating Machine Learning (ML) and Generative AI components into production systems
* Strong knowledge of Corporate Identity (CI)/Corporate Design (CD) pipelines, cloud environments, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and APIs
* Experience developing scalable, secure, and maintainable AI solutions
* Security-aware and familiar with enterprise standards and compliance best practices
* Fluent English to work in an international environment
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent professional experience
What will your day-to-day look like?
* Own the engineering and integration layer for AI capabilities in the software delivery toolchain
* Collaborate with AI Product Engineers and platform teams to define and scope AI-driven opportunities
* Prototype and validate LLM-based or RAG pipelines to deliver measurable business value
* Develop and maintain APIs, pipelines, and service integrations for AI features across platforms
* Ensure traceability, logging, and compliance of integrated solutions, adhering to enterprise security standards
* Drive best practices for automation, monitoring, and reproducibility, promoting a culture of continuous improvement
