Be Present - Supervising our third-party handler and our team of passenger service agents in providing a friendly and efficient check-in and boarding service for departing customers, offering helpful advice and being present for our customers throughout their time at the airport Take Responsibility - Ensuring Jet2.com’s policies and procedures are implemented and adhered to. Ensuring quality standards are met and safe practices are always carried out by our third-party provider.
