Key Responsibilities :
1. Client Relationship Management :
o Build and nurture strong, trusted relationships with key client contacts, ensuring satisfaction and engagement.
o Act as the main liaison between the client (Google) and internal teams, managing communication and expectations.
o Understand client goals, challenges, and objectives to deliver tailored solutions.
2. Project Management :
o Oversee project execution, ensuring timely, within-budget, high-quality deliverables.
o Coordinate with cross-functional teams for seamless delivery and issue resolution.
o Create project timelines, track milestones, and meet KPIs.
3. Strategic Consultation :
o Provide strategic advice based on industry knowledge, market trends, and digital solutions.
o Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, working with internal teams to implement them.
o Review account performance and provide insights to optimize client strategies.
4. Collaboration :
o Work with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Technical teams to deliver solutions.
o Mentor junior team members to support their growth.
5. Client Reporting & Analysis :
o Monitor and report on account performance, ensuring accurate metrics tracking.
o Provide regular updates and performance reviews to clients.
o Analyze data to improve campaigns and strategies.
6. Problem Solving & Conflict Resolution :
o Proactively resolve client issues and conflicts professionally.
o Find solutions benefiting both client and company.
7. Language Skills :
o Communicate fluently in German with clients, partners, and teams, both written and spoken.
Qualifications & Skills :
* Fluency in German (native or near-native).
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or related field.
* Experience with Google or large tech companies is advantageous.
* Proven client management skills and project delivery experience.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
* Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
* Proactive problem solver with initiative.
* Experience in digital marketing or related industries is a plus.
* Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment.
* Fluent in English (spoken and written).
