TP is looking for Customer Service and Technical Support Advisor with Spanish Purpose of the role:
We are seeking experts to serve as ambassadors of our brands in the coffee and culinary world, aligning with our Client reputation and status.
The role involves providing comprehensive support (pre-sales and aftersales) across all our brands, including physical stores and e-commerce, along with basic technical troubleshooting and backoffice tasks.
Requirements: Fluent spoken and written communication in Catalan and Spanish
B2 level of English
Strong listening and understanding skills
Empathy and customer focus
Problem-solving and technical learning abilities
Integrity and trustworthiness
Conflict management skills
Desirable Experience: Digital literacy / e-commerce familiarity
Experience in cross-selling and up-selling
Social media proficiency
Previous experience in in-store customer service within relevant product categories is a plus
Additional Details: 38.5 hours/week, rotating shifts from Monday to Saturday
Permanent contract
Salary: €16,363 gross/year
