Aftersales ManagerJob Requirements- 8+ years of experience in aftersales service management within the HVAC industry, especially in RAC (residential) and LCAC (light commercial) product lines.- Solid understanding of HVAC systems and full-cycle aftersales operations (e.G., warranty, repair processes, customer support).- Established network of service providers and repair partners at the national level.- Strong communication and coordination skills to manage both internal teams and external partners.Job Scope and Responsibilities- Set up and manage a reliable network of local aftersales service providers and repair centers.- Define and implement aftersales policies and service standards, including:
