The Customer Experience Specialist will manage the order process for our customers within the BIC group, providing product advice and solutions, promoting continuous improvement, managing requests, and identifying opportunities for enhancement.

Responsibilities include:

* Monitoring purchase forecasts and coordinating with the Supply department to ensure stock needs align with customer delivery dates.
* Collaborating with the Quality department to meet customer-specific requirements.
* Maintaining high knowledge of the product coding system and procedures.

Profile:

* Highly self-motivated and solution-oriented
* Experience in customer interaction and service
* Proficiency in Office 365 and databases
* Languages: English and Spanish proficiency; French is a plus
* Customer orientation, communication skills, problem-solving, autonomy, open-mindedness, and flexibility
