Job Description:
To accelerate our global expansion and enhance our brand presence, we are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Executive (m/f/d) for 40 hours/week to start immediately or as soon as possible in our Madrid office. Grow with us and become part of our team in Spain!
Your Responsibilities:
1. Serve as the first contact for customers and partners via telephone and email.
2. Engage in outbound prospecting, including cold calling, to generate new business and build a sales pipeline.
3. Respond promptly to customer inquiries with relevant information and tailored offers.
4. Maintain and expand a network of customers and sales partners.
5. Qualify leads and follow through until project completion.
6. Support sales partners in identifying potential and executing sales opportunities.
7. Conduct web meetings to present Hornetsecurity services and channel programs.
8. Manage deal flow with partners, including deal registration, trials, references, and conversions.
9. Handle adjustments and transactions between partners.
10. Contribute to sales growth by achieving or exceeding sales targets.
11. Update CRM with relevant customer and deal information weekly.
Your Profile:
1. At least 2 years of inside sales experience in IT, preferably Cybersecurity.
2. Excellent communication skills and enjoy handling customer calls.
3. Customer-oriented with the ability to build lasting relationships.
4. Motivated by success and passionate about achieving quarterly goals.
5. Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage high workload.
6. Proficient in MS Office; experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools is a plus.
7. Driven, ambitious, and eager to work in a fast-paced environment.
8. Fluent in Spanish and English; Catalan/Italian skills are an asset.
