Job Summary:

As a Sales Engineer, you will drive business growth by building customer relationships, providing technical expertise, and promoting our fluid management solutions across a designated region. You will seek self-generated growth opportunities, act as a trusted advisor, and combine technical knowledge with commercial acumen to deliver tailored solutions aligned with our Total Customer Solutions approach. Your responsibilities include identifying potential customers, managing a sales pipeline, supporting key account growth through consultative sales, and engaging with customers via on-site visits and virtual demonstrations. The role requires autonomy, extensive travel, and adaptability.

Key Responsibilities:
* Use a consultative approach to guide customers through their buying journey, researching and validating their needs, and co-developing solutions.
* Develop opportunities using relevant Customer Value Propositions (CVPs) aligned with customer needs and stakeholder interests.
* Establish and maintain a pipeline of potential opportunities, growing key customer accounts and high-growth industries.
* Identify and engage potential customers through research, networking, and industry events.
* Build long-term relationships with existing customers by understanding their needs and troubleshooting issues.
* Manage sales leads and inquiries, providing tailored quotations and follow-ups.
* Strategically allocate workload across support functions to focus on high-impact initiatives.
* Visit customers and attend exhibitions to showcase products through demonstrations.
* Research industry trends and share insights to stay ahead in the market.
* Use CRM tools to track leads, manage opportunities, and support forecasting.
* Adopt a Total Customer Solutions approach, acting as a true partner to customers.
* Champion core values of safety, collaboration, customer focus, excellence, and respect.
Skills/Experience:
* BSc or diploma in a relevant field or equivalent technical experience.
* Technical sales experience selling process equipment or similar into industrial process customers.
* Strong commercial acumen with experience in key account management and business development in a B2B environment.
* Entrepreneurial skills including problem-solving, budgeting, networking, and collaboration.
* Willingness to travel 60-70% across the designated region.
* Proficiency in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.
