We are looking for a full-time Accountant, for our construction project in Zaragoza with the following qualifications to join our dynamic team.
As an experience we are looking for:
* University degree (BS/MS) in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related fields or Certified Public Accountant qualification
* Minimum 5 years experience preferably on international industrial/construction projects.
* Self oriented, disciplined, and well organized.
* Excellent knowledge of SAP software.
* Native in Spanish and fluent in English (both written and spoken).
* Solid analytical and mathematical skills.
* Meticulous attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
* Located in Zaragoza.
Job Description:
* Managing the accounts of related construction project,
* Verifying invoices and invoice statements,
* Performing accounting duties throughout the project, such as preparing invoices, estimating cash flow, and signing off on purchase orders.
* Analyzing all transactions and working unforeseen costs into the budget.
* Keeping a record of all project finances for internal/external auditing and tax purposes.
* Preparing cost analyses by interpreting projects' financial data and information.
* Developing and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and suppliers and doing regular reconciliations
* Performing regular reconciliations of all vendor and GL account
* Preparing and submitting monthly reports to the headquarters in Hungary
