The role is composed of two main dimensions :
Global Payroll Standards and Service Alignment :
This role is a key influencer for the current and future Global Payroll Offer. In conjunction with management and as part of the Global Payroll team, adapt in-country/region-specific concepts into global ones and vice versa. Bring strategies to harmonize elements of the offer into consistent services, reduce complexities, and harmonize content, terminology, and references across countries and business units. Provide Subject Matter Expertise to ensure services are delivered consistently across global payroll providers. The role involves aligning and formalizing payroll and related services through policies, processes, and procedures.
Legislative Compliance :
Act as an expert on payroll legislative updates, ensuring the business and clients are aware of legal changes affecting payroll and their impact on services, processes, partners, ADP, and clients. Ensure solutions are aligned with the service offer.
Responsibilities - Global Payroll Standards and Service Alignment :
* Define service standards, templates, and processes applicable across the network.
* Create opportunities to expand services for different client segments and package them logically.
* Present business cases and support business initiatives and investments.
* Analyze existing services to help define standards.
* Consider the payroll subcontracting network to ensure alignment with global standards.
* Create a simplified payroll offer model covering regional complexities and client needs.
* Provide expertise on payroll processes for assigned countries.
* Formulate criteria for service definitions and simplify service structures.
* Support pricing development by providing insights and data.
* Identify standardization opportunities within the global payroll model.
* Create and maintain standard documentation templates.
* Serve as the point of contact for global payroll questions and requests.
* Support on client escalations as an SME.
* Work with the Network Operations Team to ensure alignment.
* Determine critical elements for onboarding new partners or platforms.
* Identify best practices and support regional improvements.
* Assist in negotiations with partners by providing analysis and arguments.
Legislative Compliance :
* Be the central reference for Streamline countries.
* Coordinate with internal legislation teams.
* Communicate legislative updates effectively.
* Assess impacts and monitor solution delivery plans.
* Lead execution of compliance plans, manage communications, and ensure proper documentation.
* Create guidelines, FAQs, and support materials on legislative updates.
Education & Experience :
* Bachelor's degree.
* Proficient in MS Office Suite.
* Experience in payroll and/or HR.
Skills :
Strong English communication skills, analytical thinking, experience in international environments, and cross-cultural sensitivity are preferred.
