¿Qué harás en tu nuevo puesto?
- Conduct assigned audit engagements successfully from beginning to end.
- Evaluate compliance with policies, procedures, and applicable legislation.
- Effectively document audit working papers, databases, and support documentation into the TeamMate System.
- Conduct risk assessments and controls of business processes/activities.
- Design and perform internal audit tests, using analytics tools/concepts, to identify situations that may impact the business, providing recommended solutions relevant to business and risk.
- Responsible for performing reviews in accordance with Internal Audit professional standards and operating rules.
- Conduct interviews with representatives of audited areas and process owners.
- Perform regular meetings with GRC (Internal Control, Compliance, Risk Management) to optimize the synergy between governance areas.
- Support daily activities of auditors assigned to assist the project.
- Discuss and validate the observations/findings with upper management and representatives of the audited areas.
- Elaborate the audit report (power point) with the main findings, ratings of the issues, and audit recommendations.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of the action plans implemented by the business owners.
- Provide a proper support and training for the other auditors. (Internal and third parties)
- Support the Internal Audit Manager in the Forensics Investigations.
¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Business Administration or related field
- At least 4 years of previous experience.
- Previous experience in audit firms such as the Big Four, Mazars, Grant Thornton, or BDO.
- Demonstrated previous experience in process auditing and risk identification, ensuring the ability to assess control environments and evaluate operational effectiveness at a high professional standard.
- Highly valued previous experience with SAP (no customizing).
- A high level of English and Spanish are essential.
