Overall Purpose of the Job
The EMEA Digital Operations Manager will lead digital marketing platform operations across the region, supporting OPCOs and IBVTs. This role involves managing regional strategic digital projects, ensuring standardization, governance, and efficiency, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to implement and launch initiatives.
Main Activities and Tasks
* Lead efforts to standardize digital operations within the region.
* Oversee governance related to agency and media operations.
* Drive process optimization projects to improve efficiency in digital operations at scale.
* Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure quality, timeliness, and compliance of deliverables.
* Develop and implement strategies aligned with industry compliance guidelines.
* Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate communication and manage expectations.
* Lead change management and communication initiatives to promote new strategies and ensure adoption.
* Establish networks across the organization to support regional strategic scaling.
Qualifications
* Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
* Expertise in digital, omnichannel, and digital marketing.
* Understanding of business drivers and performance metrics.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Strong networking abilities to foster collaborative relationships.
* Experience in change management.
* Fluency in English; additional EMEA languages are a plus.
* Ability to work effectively in virtual, matrixed teams.
Experience
* Minimum of 5 years in digital marketing, with at least 3 years in digital operations, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
* Over 5 years in digital project management.
* Experience with agency governance and alignment.

Job Location and Travel
