At Factorial, we're looking for a Outbound Lead Generation Specialist for the German Market to help us elevate our company to the next level.

The Role
* Generate new leads by identifying potential clients aligned with Factorial's ICP, based on industry and market research.
* Identify specific points of contact within targeted companies.
* Distribute leads to SDRs.
* Generate sales opportunities for our sales team.
* Manage communication with prospective B2B clients.
* Utilize tools such as Hubspot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and others to research, introduce relevant information, and qualify leads.
* Proficiency in German and at least C1 level in English is required.
* Previous experience in Sales, Operations, Marketing, or Analytical roles is a plus.
* Be tech-savvy with a passion for digital innovation.
* Possess strong analytical skills.
* Be eager to learn, self-motivated, proactive, and achievement-driven.
* Have excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Demonstrate flexibility to adapt to various situations.
